摘要
目的:研究紫菊清热片的体外抗菌作用。方法:采用平皿法和液体稀释法对紫菊清热片进行体外抗菌实验研究。结果:紫菊清热片对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、肺炎双球菌、流感嗜血杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌标准株和临床分离菌株均有不同程度的抑制作用。结论:紫菊清热片在体外具有良好的抗菌作用。
Objective： To study the effects of Zijuqingre Troche against bacteria in vitro. Methods： By taking the method of dish culture and the method of serial dilution. Results ： Zijuqingre Troche have certain inhibition on the type strain and clinical-separated strain of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia colt, alpha hemolytic streptococcus, beta hemolytic streptococcus, Diplococcus lanceolatus, Hemophilus influenza, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus proteus. Conclusion ： The antibacterial action of Zijuqingre Troche in vitro is remarkable.
