摘要
采用正交试验法分析身管径向精锻成形过程中各工艺参数及参数间的交互作用对锤头锻击力及身管与芯棒间压力的影响,获得最佳工艺参数。建立轴对称有限元模型模拟各工艺参数取值不同时的身管径向精锻成形过程,由实际生产与有限元模拟中锤头锻击力的对比验证了轴对称有限元模型的准确性。为得到最小的锤头锻击力及身管与芯棒间压力,对正交试验结果进行方差分析,得到对优化目标影响最大的工艺参数及最优工艺参数组合,预测了最优工艺参数组合下的优化目标值,并应用轴对称有限元模型模拟最优参数组合,得到的结果验证了正交试验法预测结果的准确性。
The orthogonal experiment method was introduced to analyze the effects of various process parameters and the interaction among them on forging load and load on mandrel in radial forging process of barrel,and to obtain the optimum process parameters.The axisymmetric FE model was used to simulate the radial forging process of barrel under different process parameter values,and its accuracy was verified by comparison forging loads predicted by FE model with the experimental results.An analysis of variance was performed to establish the relative significance of various process parameters and to obtain the optimum process parameters,the optimum results were predicted under the optimum process parameters,and the FE model results were used to verify the predicted results.
