Effect of Hammer on Forging Penetration Efficiency in Radial Forging

摘要 分别从锤头工作表面的形状、工作表面整形段的尺寸、锤头锥角、锤头数目分析了锤头对径向锻件锻透性的影响,得出的结论是:使用含有预成形段的锤头有利于提高锻件的锻透性;双圆弧形工作表面的锤头比凹圆弧形工作表面的锤头更有利于锻件表面的成形和心部的锻透;锻件的锻透性随锤头工作表面的尺寸减小而增大;锻件的锻透程度随锤头锥角的增大而增加;对锤头工作面的合理设计有利于锻件心部压实;生产效率随锤头数目的增加而增加,但对锻透性没有影响。 The effect of the hammer on forging penetration efficiency of radial forging was analyzed separately from the shape of working surface, the size of forming part, the cone angle and the number of the hammer. The conclusions are as follows: using the hammer with performing section is helpful to improve the forging penetration efficiency of forgings; the hammer with double arc working surface is beneficial to both the forging piece surface forming and the core plastic penetration than that with a concave circular arc working surface; the forging penetration efficiency of forging increases with the decrease of the size of hammer working surface; the forging penetration degree increases with the increase of hammer cone angle; the proper design for the working surface of hammer is conducive to the compaction of the forgings center; the production rate increases with the increase of the hammer number,but the hammer number has no effect on forging penetration efficiency.
