摘要
目的:观察金钱草治疗无症状高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法:56例无症状高尿酸血症患者,每日煎服金钱草15 g,每天1次,3个月后复查血尿酸,比较患者服用金钱草前后血尿酸。结果:无症状高尿酸血症患者服用金钱草3个月后血尿酸降低,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金钱草治疗无症状高尿酸血症,可显著改善血尿酸水平。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of lysimachia on asymptomatic hyperuricemia. Methods：Fifty-six patients with asymptonmtic hyperuricemia were given decoction from frying 15g of lysimachia,once a day. After 3 months＇ treatment,their serum uric acid was measured again. Then serum uric acid before and ＇after the treatment were compared. Results： After 3 months＇ treatment, the patients＇ serum uric acid decreased ; And the difference before and after the treatment had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Lysimaehia can effectively improve serum uric acid level of patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia.
