新媒体技术的应用为国家图书馆参考咨询业务发展带来了新的契机。论述在新媒体环境下构建国家图书馆参考咨询业务体系的指导思想、基本原则和服务策略,介绍了数字图书馆推广工程中的参考咨询应用系统,并提出了全国参考咨询协作网的建设构想。参考文献7。
The application of new media technologies provides a new opportunity for the development of library reference services. According to the planning of reference service system in the National Library of China, the paper discusses the purpose, basic principles and service strategies of the system in the new media environment, describes the reference application systems in the Digital Library Promotion Project. The paper also proposes the idea of construction the National Library Reference Service Collaborative Alliance.
