摘要 通过对天津高校图书馆联盟建设实践的梳理,指出天津高校图书馆联盟的功能主要体现在七个方面:公共系统平台建设、资源联合建设与协调建设、联合目录与联合编目、馆际互借与文献传递、公共数据中心建设、参考咨询服务协作、业务交流与队伍建设。 The paper introduces the practice of academic library consortia in Tianjin and points out the seven functions of academic library consortia.
