摘要 联合参考咨询网是目前国内图书馆界较具影响力的分布式联合虚拟参考咨询系统,文章对该系统进行了深入的研究,详述了系统架构、功能及发展现状,指出目前存在问题与对策。 The article discusses the current status and existing problems in united digital reference services and finds out some solutions to those problems, and indicates the developing perspective.
