摘要
本文首先阐述了网络环境下中国的对外开放与自力更生国策 ,然后结合图书、情报界的具体情况 ,分析了这一国策对图书、情报事业的影响 ,并提出了网络环境下图书、情报工作的新思路。
The paper deals with the Open policy and the self Reliance Policy in the network environment.The author analyses the impact on the objective reality of library and information cause,and puts forward new perspectives and methods.
