摘要
配制了Al2 O3-ZrO2 系含ZrO2 的质量分数分别为 2 5 % ,30 % ,35 % ,40 % ,45 %和 48%的 6个组成的试样于电炉中熔融并快速冷却 .借助SEM -EDAX研究了试样的显微结构 ,结果表明 :在含ZrO2 的质量分数为 2 5 %~ 40 %的试样中可观察到初晶刚玉和细卵状共晶相组成 ;在含ZrO2 的质量分数为 45 %~ 48%的试样中可观察到初晶ZrO2 相和细卵状共晶显微结构 .借助于EDAX测定了含ZrO2 的质量分数为 40 %和 45 %两试样的共晶组成 ,其结果为含ZrO2 的质量分数为 43 .3± 0 .4% .
Six mixtures of Al 2O 3-ZrO 2 system contained 25%, 30%,35%,40%,45% and 48% (in mass) ZrO 2 were prepared and fused in electron arc furnace. The melts were fast_cooled through water_cooling container. The microstructure of the samples was studied by SEM-EDAX. The primary corundum and fine bleblick eutectic phase assemblages were seen for samples containing 25%—40% ZrO 2,whereas the primary ZrO 2 phase and fine bleblike eutectic microstructures were characterized for the samples containing 45% and 48% ZrO 2. The eutectic composition determined by EDAX was 43.3%±0.4% ZrO 2 for samples containing 40% and 45% ZrO 2.
