摘要
主要探讨了引入SiO_2和ZrO_2对Al_2O_3薄膜热稳定性的影响,并采用DTA、XRD和SEM等分析方法对其进行了研究,结果表明,1000℃煅烧后的复合膜中,主晶相为γ-Al_2O_3和t-ZrO_2,SiO_2以无定形态存在,1200℃热处理后的复合膜中仍然没有发生γ-Al_2O_3向α-Al_2O_3的相变。
Abstract:In this paper, the effects of SiO_2 and ZrO_2 on Al_2O_3 membrane are studied with DTA and XRD patterns. The result shows that the membrane calcined at 1000℃ is composed of γ-Al_2O_3, t -ZrO_2 and amorphism SiO_2, and no phase transformation occurs even at 1200℃.
