摘要
对电熔锆莫来石、烧结刚玉锆莫来石复合材料中编织状、细棒状共晶组成进行了定量分析。在分别以高炉渣、转炉渣及脱磷渣侵蚀下,共晶结构仍能保持不变。SrO的引入可以改变复合材料中共晶的组成;SiO2与SrO结合能力强易进入基质中。
By the analysis Of electronic probe photographs and energy spectrums on the fused Zirconia-Mullite raw material and sintered corundum Zirconia-Mullite refractory, the eutectic structure of containing Zirconia has been found in existence of oriented net fiber texture shape or needle bar shape in the specimens, and the eutectic is mostly constituted of Al2O3、SiO2 and ZrO2.The fiber shape of eutectic can still be kept after the corrosion of blast furnace、converter slag of dephosphorous agent slag respectively.
