摘要
在双组分催化剂的作用下 ,由CO2 、甲醇和环氧烷烃直接合成碳酸二甲酯 (DMC)。研究了反应条件对反应的影响 ,得到最佳反应条件为 :反应时间 2h ,温度 1 60℃ ,加入无机碱 7.5g和Lewis酸 5 .0g ,在此条件下DMC的收率达 1 1 .75 %。
Dimethyl carbonate can be directly synthesized from CO2, methanol and epoxide by using a two-component catalyst. Influences of reaction conditions on the yield of DMC were studied, and the optimal conditions were gotten as follows: reaction time 2 h, temperature 160°C, 7.5 g alkali and 5.0 g Lewis acid, then the yield of DMC can reach 11.75%. Reaction mechanism was also studied by changing composition of the catalyst.
