摘要
目的:建立区别中药制剂特征性的检测方法。方法:采用指纹图谱,确认同一组分、相同配比的中药溶液制剂的指纹图谱具有相似性特点,其他中药组成制剂的相似度无可比性。结果:射干合剂指纹图谱具有明显特征峰且可重复,相似度﹥0.5。结论:指纹图谱可用于射干合剂定性检验,采用中药指纹图谱可用于不同中药制剂鉴别。
Objective:To establish a method for distinguishing the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Methods:Fingerprinting was applied to confirm the same components,the same proportion of compound TCM.Its fingerprint has similar characteristic.Similarity to other components of TCM preparations is not comparable.Results:SGMT fingerprinting has obvious characteristic peaks and repeatable and similarity> 0.5.Conclusion:Fingerprints can be used for the qualitative test of SGMT;Fingerprints of TCM can be used to identify different TCM preparations.
