摘要
开展班级建设是加强大学生思想政治教育的有效途径,也是强化大学生日常管理的重要手段。而在当前90后为大学生主体的新形势下加强班级建设,不仅需要高校辅导员提高认识、改变角色,更需要分析新情况,实施科学的班级建设策略,从而促使班级又好又快发展,为国家和社会培养出一批批高素质人才!
Class construction is not only an effective way to enhance the ideolOgical and political education of university students, but also a vital method to strengthen the routine administration. Given the current situation where the majority of university undergraduate students are post 90s, intensification of class construction requires university counselors to raise their awareness, change their roles, analyze the new trend and employ the scientific construction tactics. Thus, the class would progress sound and fast, providing groups of full-fledged university students for our country and society.
