摘要
高校辅导员是建设良好大学生集体、形成良好学习风气和优良校风的重要组织者和引导者,因此,作为高校辅导员,不仅要明确自身工作在整个学生思想政治工作中的地位和作用,而且要注重丰富知识储备,提高工作素养,从职业伦理责任的高度,积极探索有效促进大学生科学发展的新途径、新方法,努力创新高校辅导员工作新局面。
College counselors play an irreplaceable role in the construction of a good class group, the establishment of better academic atmosphere and the cultivation of excellent school spirit. Thus, they are expected to clarify their position and role in student work, pay attention to enriching their knowledge base, improve their professional quality, and actively explore new ways of ideological and political education to promote the scientific development of student work.
