摘要
目前,很多高校专职辅导员都是刚从高校毕业的"80后",他们能否胜任"90后"大学生辅导员的工作是值得关注的问题。本文将从"80后"辅导员本身需要注意的问题和班级建设层面提出几点思考和建议,希望能对"80后"高校辅导员有一定借鉴作用。
At present,many full-time instructors of colleges are ＂post-80s＂ who have just graduated,so whether they can be good instructors has become a noteworthy issue.On the basis of the problems instructors themselves should notice and the aspect of class construction,this paper proposes some suggest-ions,hoping to be helpful for ＂post-80s＂ college instructors.
