摘要
近些年,培养具有创新能力的高素质人才已成为当前国家发展的战略目标。本文对国内外对创新型人才的属性、特质进行理论的界定和各种具体人才培养模式的举措进行经验的分析的相关文献进行综述,对于创新型人才培养模式的推进具有一定的理论和实践意义。
In recent years,train high-quality talents with innovative ability has become the current state of the development of strategic objectives.This paper reviewed the innovation talented person＇s attributes,trait theory definition and various specific talent cultivation mode of action of experience in the analysis of literature review,the cultivating mode for innovative talents in advance and has certain theoretical and practical significance.
