摘要
随着创新型国家建设目标的提出,高等医学教育必须转变人才培养模式,培养创新人才。安徽医科大学以创新性教学理念为引导,以创新性课程体系为支柱,以创新性实践教学为重点,以创新性教学方法为依托,以创新性师资队伍为核心,以创新性大学文化为灵魂,初步建立医学创新人才培养体系,为医学创新人才培养发挥了积极作用。
In order to carry out the goal of innovation-oriented nation by higher education,in higher education China must change the pattern of cultivating talents to cultivate innovative talents. Ahhui Medical University makes the innovative educational philosophy as the guide, the innovative curriculum system as the pillar, the innovative practical teaching as the keystone, the innovative teaching technique as the support, the innovative teachers as the core and the innovative academic culture as the soul, and has initially set up the system of cultivating innovative medical talents, which plays an active role in improving the quality of education and cultivating innovative medical talents.
