摘要
如今创新正成为社会活动的主流,培养创新型人才是社会进步的需要。首先分析了相关概念和国内外创新人才的研究现状,得出创新人才的内涵包括思维的创造性、人格的独立性和劳动成果的巨大贡献性三个方面。然后从高校和企业两个视角分析了创新人才培养的举措和建议,指出了目前研究的不足支持,希望对创新型人才培养模式的起到一定的推进作用。
Nowadays innovation is becoming the main- stream of social activities, cultivating innovative talents is the need of social progress. Firstly, ana- lyze the related concepts and research status quo of the innovative talents at home and abroad, conclude that the connotation of the innovative talents includ- ing the independence personality , creativie thinking and the great contributions .Then from the perspective of both universities and enterprises analyze the inno- vative talent training measures and suggestions, point out the shortages of the present study support, hope to play a promoting role of cultivating creative talents.
