摘要
从营养、栽培和文化角度指出了我国发展小麦食品的意义和前景 ,通过与国际上发达国家食品工业化的对比分析了我国面制品生产存在的问题 .
it is pointed out the significance and prospect of developing wheat products in China from nutritional,cultivated and cultural angles,the problems exiting in the process of wheat products are systematically analyzed through contrasting food industrialization of developed country in the world.It is affirmed suggestion is proposed to develop soundly them in the future.
