摘要
研究了Mn3+引发下 ,各工艺参数对淀粉丙烯腈接枝共聚反应的影响 .结果表明 :Mn3+配制中 ,Mn2 +与Mn7+的摩尔比 (r)对接枝百分率 (G)和单体转化率 (CE)影响最显著 ,反应体系 pH值对接枝效率 (GE)影响最明显 ,而反应温度对它们的影响相对较小 .三者对G、CE和GE的影响均呈二次项关系 ,且它们相互间交互作用不大 .它们的最佳范围分别为 :Mn2 +与Mn7+摩尔比为 4左右 ,pH为 1 .4左右 ,温度为 3 8℃左右 .另外 ,与原淀粉相比 ,氧化淀粉和酸解淀粉更易与丙烯腈起接枝共聚反应 ,而可溶性淀粉与丙烯腈反应效果最好 .
The effects of various parameters on the graft copolymerization of starch and acrylonitrile(AN) showed that the mole ratio of Mn 2+ to Mn 7+ in the preparation of Mn 3+ was the most significant factor that affected grafting percent ratio(G) and monomer conversion efficiency(CE), and the pH of the reaction system was the most significant one to grafting efficiency(GE), while the effect of the reaction time on them was small relatively. They had quadratic effects on G、CE and GE and their interaction was small. Meanwhile, the best reaction results could be obtained when the mole ratio of Mn 2+ to Mn 7+ was 4 to 1 in the preparation of Mn 3+ 、38 ℃ and pH 1.4 or so. The results also showed that, compared with native starch, oxidized starch, acid modified starch and soluble starch were all easily initiated by Mn 3+ , but the last was the best one.
