生物化学发光测量仪在优化淀粉接枝共聚反应条件中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 通过对淀粉与引发剂Mn3+作用体系的研究,探讨了发光仪在预测淀粉接枝共聚反应的相对程度和工艺条件优化中应用的可行性。结果表明:在一定条件下,发光仪测得的Mn3+引发淀粉后的发光值大小能反映出有关因素对淀粉接枝共聚反应的影响程度,即发光值越大,接枝共聚反应程度越大;并找出了配制好的Mn3+有效性与其存放时间之间的关系;同时得出了Mn3+用量在1.45×10-5mol/g绝干淀粉时,单体转化率已达92%以上,过多地增加引发剂用量,并不能使接枝百分率和单体转化率更多提高等重要结论。 In this paper, the possibility of the use of Surveying Biochemistry Light Instrument(SBLI) in the prediction of relative degree of the graft copolymerizatin of starch and acrylonitrile(AN) and the optimization of reaction condition was discussed by researching the reaction system of starch and initiator Mn 3+ . The results indicated: Under a given condition, the effective degree of various factors on the graft copolymerization of starch with AN could be made known by the intensity of light produced by the reaction of starch with Mn 3+ , i.e. the more intensive the light was, the better the graft copolymerization was. Furthermore, the relation of the effectiveness of Mn 3+ with stored time was also found. In addition,some important conculsions were also gained, e.g. the monomer conversion was more than 92% at the 1.45×10 -5 mol Mn 3+ per gram starch under the dry state and the graft percent ratio and monomer conversion could not be further increased with more Mn 3+ .
