摘要
综述淀粉的链结构及聚集态的变化,对淀粉基高吸水树脂的吸水性能的影响。红外光谱表明,不同品种的淀粉的基团基本相同,但对树脂的吸水性有不同的影响。随着支链淀粉的含量增加,树脂的吸水倍率、保水性能和吸水速率具有增加;糊化淀粉的接枝共聚物的吸水性能优于颗粒淀粉的接枝共聚物。淀粉的糊化条件与不同品种淀粉中的直链淀粉与支链淀粉的比率不同而不同;随着支链淀粉的含量增加,糊化温度降低,大约在70~90℃,一般糊化时间为0.5~2 h。扫描电镜显示,糊化淀粉的微观结构为三维网状结构。淀粉接枝高吸水树脂的聚集态发生变化,由原淀粉的结晶态,转变为无定形状态。淀粉的改性可改变共聚物的吸水性能。
The effect of chain structure and aggregation state of starch on the absorbency of starch super absorbent resin was summarized.The result of IR spectrum showed that,though the groups of starch were similar,they had different effect on the absorbency of the resin.As the content of starch on branched chains increased,the absorbency,water-reservation performance and water-absorbing speed all improved.The water-absorbing performance of graft copolymer of gelatinized starch was better that that of graft copolymer of grained starch.The gelatinization conditions of starch related to the rate of amylose to branched chain starch.The gelatinization temperature decreased as the content of branched chain starch.The gelatinization time generally was 0.5-2 h at 70-90℃.The results of SEM showed that gelatinized starch had a three-dimensional net structure.The crystal state of original starch could change into one of a amorphous state.The modification of starch could change the absorbency of acopolymer.
