摘要
为了实现偶氮染料中邻甲苯胺及其同分异构体的完全分离,首先将邻甲苯胺及其同分异构体乙酰化,然后采用气相色谱-质谱联用方法,使用中等极性色谱柱DB-17MS,同时使用三阶程序升温,使它们的乙酰化产物取得了完全分离,避免了检验中其异构体造成的假阳性检出。
O-toluidine and its isomers were acetylated with acetic anhydride firstly in order to achieve the complete separation of o-toluidine from its isomers in azo dyes by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis, and then medium polar column DB-17MS and the third-order temperature-program were used. Finally, the false positive testing result caused by the existence of the isomers of o-toluidine is avoided.
