摘要
采用溶剂气浮光度分析联用技术,研究了同时测定水中混合偶氮染料的影响因素,优化出最佳溶剂浮选条件,实验表明,染料的溶剂浮选萃取率大于96%,浓度在1~150mg/L时,溶剂中离子缔合物的吸光度与水中活性艳红X-3B和活性黄X-R的浓度均具有较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.998以上,RSD小于1.8%。
Solvent floatation technique is a more convenient and effective method for the separation,preconditions and removal of organics from the wastewater. The effects of solvent floatation of mixed azo dye was investigated in details, the optimal conditions of azo dye solvent floatation were selected. The experimental results indicated that the floatation rate exceeds 96%. The absorbance of the organic phase was linearly with the concentration of azo dye in over the range of 1-150 mg/L. The RSD was less than 1.8%, the correlation parameter was over 0.998.
