摘要
探索了21种芳香胺的最佳色谱/质谱分析条件.2-萘胺和1-萘胺的气相色谱保留时间相近,且质谱图又完全相同;2,4-二甲基苯胺和2,6-二甲基苯胺的色谱保留时间和质谱图都相同.但将氨基完全甲基化后,质谱图相同,但色谱保留时间相异;利于分离,并可用保留时间定性.提高了定性检测的准确性和效率.
The optimal conditions of the chromatographic and mass spectrometric analyses of 21 arom. amines were probed. 1-And 2-naphthamines had similar retention times in gas chromatography (GC) and same mass spectrogram; 2,4-and 2,6-toluidines had same GC retention time and same mass spectrogram. After methylation, the mass spectrograms were the same but the GC retention times were different, which was usable and favorable for the sepn. The qualitative detn. accuracy and efficiency were hence improved.
