摘要
按照标准GB/T17592-2011规定的测试要求,分别利用平行真空浓缩仪与旋转蒸发仪对萃取液进行浓缩,并用GC-MS进行定量分析。结果表明,经平行真空浓缩仪浓缩后测得4种芳香胺的回收率结果比经旋转蒸发仪浓缩后测得的回收率结果更好,且试验数据的RSD值更小。平行真空浓缩仪浓缩操作简便、快速,适用于多个样品同时浓缩。
According to the test requirements of GB/T 17592-2011,the extraction liquid was concentrated by parallel vacuum concentrator and rotary evaporator respectively,and analyzed quantitatively by GC-MS.The results showed that the recovery of four aromatic amines measured by the parallel vacuum concentrator was better than that measured by the rotary evaporator,and the RSD value of the test data was smaller.The parallel vacuum concentrator was simple and fast in operation,which was suitable for the sim ultaneous concentration of multiple samples.
