摘要
结合高校常用政府采购方式、评标方法以及高校科研仪器设备采购的特点,从避免无效投标条款、重视评分标准等方面对政府采购环节中高校设备类投标文件中常见问题进行了分析,提出编制投标文件需要注意的若干事项。
Combining the commonly used methods of government procurement and the evaluation method, as well as the university scientific research equipment purchasing characteristics, this paper summarizes and analyzes the common problems of the college equipment category tender documents of the government procurement to avoid the invalid bidding terms, and pays attention to the importance score standards of the university equipment link. Finally, this paper also puts forward important things on drawing up documents.
