摘要
高校招标采购工作是一个涉及专业技术、政策法规运用以及多方合作沟通的复杂系统工程。高校采购管理部门要切实做好此项工作的研究,在依法采购、节约经费开支的同时提高服务和管理水平。该文作者通过多年招标采购工作实践以及对政策的理解,就综合评标法及在实际工作中的组织实施进行了探讨,对价格评审和技术评审分别进行了说明。
The tendering procurement in colleges and universities is a complex project, which depends on profes sional knowledge and technology , reasonable application of policy. The purchasing management departments should do the job well, study in accordance with the procurement, save expenditure and at the same time, improve the service and management level. This paper introduces the practice and application of comprehensive evaluation system and equipment bidding administration, and discusses the key points. This will be significant for the equipment procurement in colleges and university.
