摘要
实验室文化是军校文化的重要组成部分,是实验室内涵建设的重要内容之一。该文梳理了高校实验室文化的内涵及构成,分析了军校实验室文化建设现状及存在的主要问题,结合本单位实验室文化建设实践,提出了新形势下军校实验室文化建设途径。
Laboratory culture is an important part of the military academy culture, and it is also an important content of the laboratory connotation construction. This paper first studies the connotation of university laboratory culture and structure, then the present situation of the military academy laboratory culture construction and main problems are analyzed. At the last, the construction way of the military academy laboratory culture under the new situation is given.
