摘要
高校实验室文化是大学文化的一种延伸,是实验室精神文化、制度文化、环境文化和行为文化的有机统一。准确地认识和把握实验室文化的内涵与特征,对于加强实验室文化建设、带动实验室水平提升具有非常重要的现实意义。通过研究实验室文化建设的新特点,准确把握实验室文化建设的方向,积极开展实验室文化建设,可以为实验室注入活力,唤醒其文化自觉并形成创新文化,从而增强实验室可持续发展的能力。
The laboratory culture in colleges and universities is an extension of university culture,is the organic unity of the laboratory spiritual culture,system culture,environmental culture and behavioral culture.Accurately understanding and mastering the connotation and the characteristic of laboratory culture are practical significant for strengthening the laboratory culture construction and enhancing the level of laboratory.By researching the new features of laboratory culture construction,grasping the direction of laboratory culture construction and carrying out the laboratory culture construction actively,can inject vigor for laboratory,then awaken its cultural consciousness and form the innovation culture,accordingly enhancing the sustainable development capacity of laboratory.
