Students in lab should have not only knowledge and scientific spirit,but also culture and humanistic spirit.It is a new theme in the lab,to create culture atmosphere and lab culture in the management of open lab;so as to make transition from hard management to soft management.This will be the new subject to set up a lab full of harmony and animation can be said to have had constracted.
