摘要
考察了几所德国大学的实验室运行机制,目标管理,实验体系、实验仪器设备添置,实验队伍建设等。分析、总结了德国大学实验室管理的成功经验,对改进我国的实验室和实验教学管理工作具有重要的借鉴价值。
Some thoughts were obtained on visiting several laboratories at German universities such as operation mechanism,objective oriented management experimental system laboratory equipments supply and the construction of laboratory staffs.By analyzing and summarizing the merits of German universities laboratory management, great impacts are exerted on improving the management capacity of our laboratories and experimental teaching.
