摘要 1白藜芦醇的生物学特性[1-3] 1.1分子结构白藜芦醇为多酚类物质,1940年从毛叶藜芦中被分离出,其化学结构为3,5,4'-三羟基-二苯乙烯, 或5-[2-(4-羟苯基)-乙烯基]-1,3-苯二酚,化学分子式为C14 H12 O3,分子量为228.25,见图1A.白藜芦醇与葡萄糖形成白藜芦醇苷,又称虎杖苷(polydatin),见图1B. Resveratrol is a kind of polyphenolic compounds, which appears in more than 70 species of plant, such as grape, peanut, and Polygonum cuspidatum. The paper reviews the biological characteristics of resveratrol, including the molecular structure, source, absorption and metabolism. The biological effects of resveratrol, including cancer prevention, cardioprotective effect, the suppression of inflammation, neuroprotective effect, phytoestrogen action, and treatment of severe shock are also discussed
