摘要
目的:探讨如何客观、准确地对教师课堂教学质量进行评判。方法:采用教师课堂教学质量评价表通过学生课评方法对海南医学院141名专职教师进行横断面调查。结果:(1)课堂教学质量可拓模型评价结果为:优秀率87.9%,良好率9.2%,中等率2.8%。(2)可拓模型与传统评价方法比较,差别有统计学意义(χ2=67,P=0.001),Kappa值为0.196<0.4,表明两者一致性较差。(3)可拓模型与聚类分析方法比较差别有统计学意义(χ2=10,P=0.002)。结论:可拓评判采用关联函数对教师课堂教学质量进行定量计算,使得评判简单易行,比传统的方法和聚类分析更科学、合理。
Objective: To accurately and objectively assess the quality of classroom teaching. Methods: 141 fuU-time teachers of Hainan Medi- cul College were surveyed by using classroom teaching quality questionnaire alld student course evaluation methods. Results: 1. Using class- room extension model to evaluate the quality of the results, the excellent rate was 87.9% and good rate of 9.2%, moderate rate of 2.8%. 2. The difference was statistically significant ( X2 = 67, P = 0.001) between extension model and the traditional evaluation methods, Kappa value of 0.196 〈 0.4, indicating that the two less comistently. 3. Extension model and cluster analysis comparing the difference was statistically significant ( X2 = 10, P =0.002). Conclusion: Extension evaluation using correlation function of the quality of classroom teaching quantitative terms, making the evaluation is simpler than the traditional cluster analysis methods and more scientific and reasonable.
