摘要
从郊区化的概念出发 ,就郊区化的宏观背景、表现特征和动力机制对中外郊区化进行了比较。并探讨了产生差异的部分原因 ,从而阐述了我国郊区化的特色 ;最后提出了郊区化的对策。
This paper puts forward the policy of suburbanization by elaborating the Chinese characteristics and differences in this respect based on the comparative study with the cases in China and abroad in the areas such as its concept, background, appearance and power mechanism.
