摘要
进入90年代，我国开始城市郊区化的研究．本文以北京、上海、沈阳、大连为例，初步概括了当前我国大城市郊区化的一些特征，包括郊区化开始的时间、强度、机制、中西方的异同和利弊．作者对郊区化的概念、研究中的地域划分和今后的研究方向提出了看法．
Based on the case studies of Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang and Dalian, this paper summarizes some characteristics of Suburbanization of big cities in current China, which includes the aspects of its emerging period, scale, mechanism, comparison between western countries and China. Furthermore, the paper gives viewpoints on the concept of Suburbanization and research direction.
