摘要
本文从剖析郊区化内涵入手，结合我国具体情况，分析认为我国并未开始真正的郊区化，而是仍处于集中城市化发展阶段并体现着“进发性”、“粗放式”的特点。同时就利用城市发展规律合理选择中国城市发展战略提出了自己的观点。
Begining with analyzing the concept and contents of Suburbnization, this paper thinks that China has not come to the stage of real Suburbnization according to Chinese reality. China now is still at the stage of concentrated urbanization with characteristics of rapidity and low quality. That how to use regularity of urban development and to form strategies of urban development in China are also discussed in the paper.
