摘要
本文从上海城市发展面临的问题出发,点出上海急切需要发展郊区新城。通过比较分析,理解国际上发展郊区新城的经验和简单汇总上海近8年来在郊区新城发展的实践经验,总结了上海郊区新城发展路径,论说了建设集成居住,工作,休闲娱乐,创业等一体的相对独立的中等城市,同时可与主城区相互协调发展的郊区新城的规划目标,以及在区位选址,产业导入,人口吸引力,交通等诸多方面的经验,并且推测了上海第四座郊区新城的可能位置及其优势。
This article begined with the city problem in Shanghai. The writer thought the solution should be to build some new towns in suburbs of Shanghai. The article analyzed some experiences of new town from the grand cities which has been constructed in the developed countries as well as studied a little practice the government has taken in Shanghai in recent 8 years by means of comparing 7 abstracts of town city. The conclusion of the way to develop new town contained choosing the region, main industries or services inlet, the attraction of inhabitants and transportations construction. All of above mentioned were in order to build some comparatively independent middle- sized cities suitable for living, working, entertaining and enterprising as well as to develop simultaneously with the centre. At last, the location of next possible new town city was predicted.
