摘要 通过对大学四年级中医学生、临床实习医生、临床医生的脉诊理论及应用现状调查,认为当今脉诊技术水平下降,分析原因,从全新领域和视角出发,提出脉诊学习应遵循认知心理学规律的观点,并将其付诸于脉象学习实践,取得较好的学习效果。结论:应用现代认知心理学理论进行脉诊学习,这种方法能够克服传统脉诊学习理论的缺陷与不足;并认为明确脉诊心理过程,建立有效、丰富的触觉表象,建立以触觉表象编码为主要表征形式的记忆是脉诊学习入门的关键,提出脉诊临床实践对有效脉诊触觉表象建立的重要性。 By way of the Survey on the State of theory and applications of pulse-taking, find out problems, analyse the causes of slide in standards of pulse-taking, Starting in a whole new field, raising a standpoint studying pulse-taking should adhere to the regular pattern of cognitive psychology, we have put the principle into practice and come off satisfactorily. Conclusion : It is good using cognitive psychology into the study of pulse-taking, because it is able to bear down all difficuhies in traditional theory of pulse-taking. We also suggest that it is important to definite the psychical process of pulse-taking, and establish effective and abundant tactile sensitivity representation. Establishing memory of characterization on tactile sensitivity representation is key factor to success to the study of pulse-taking .It is important to establish effective and abundant tactile sensitivity representation by clinical studies or practice of pulse-taking.
