摘要
当今羽毛球比赛具有球速快、旋转剧烈和战术变化多端的特点,运动员不仅要有与其他项目运动员一样的良好素质,还必须具备许多特殊的素质,如精细的握力感、时间感、空间感和主要关节的动作记忆表象等能力。本文就优秀羽毛球运动员的球感与手腕动作记忆表象能力作了初步的研究。
Nowadays, badminton competitions are characterized by high speed, fast spinning and constantly change. This requires players not only to have the same physical qualities as other players, but also some qualities specific to badminton, for example delicate grip, sense of time and space, the ability of major joints to form movement memory image, This study is a tentative test on the requirements of players＇ feel and wrist movement memory image.
