摘要
为了适应21世纪人才培养模式的需求,培养出德才兼备、与时俱进的中医妇科人才事关重要。针对中医妇科硕士这一群体,文章介绍了思想教育、因材施教、转变观念等方面在培养实用型、全面型妇科人才中的重要性,并将"案例—教材—临床—讨论"这一教学模式引入硕士研究生带教中。既要将中医妇科的传统经典传承发扬,又要将其与世界接轨、走向国际。
In order to adapt to the 21st century talent training mode needs, cultivating integrity TCM gynecological talents and keeping pace with the times are important. According to the postgraduates of TCM gynecology, this paper introduces the education and teaching mode according to their aptitude, changing the ideological concepts of practical and comprehensive model in cultivating talents, and the importance of case-teaching materials-clinical practice-discussion teaching mode is introduced, which must inherit the TCM classical of gynecology, and will carry forward the connecting with the world.
