摘要
本文研究并分析了亚温等温处理下的等温温度、等温时间、冷却方式对中锰铸钢组织转变特点和处理结果的影响,成功地获得了一种既具有强硬相马氏体、屈氏体和碳化物又有韧性相奥氏体和粒状珠光体的多相组织,从而使中锰钢的强韧性和耐磨性得到了大大改善,为中锰铸钢的扩大应用提供了新的途径。
Synopsis: In this paper authors studied and analysed the effects of the isothermal temperatures, isothermal time and cooling methods on the structure transformation and the treating results for the medium-manganese cast-steels under the intercritical isothermal heat treatment. A structure of poly-phase with the martensite, troostite and carbide for hardened-phase as well as the austenite and spheroidal pearlite for the toughness-phase had been obtained. Hense, the toughness and the abrasion-resistant of the medium-manganese cast steels have been improved greatly. It benefited the extending application of the medium-manganese cast-steels with a new way.
