摘要
分析了廉价辅助合金元素对中锰铸钢强韧性的影响;确定了ZGMn6A的铬、钨渣、稀土合金化方案。应用证明,这种多元中锰铸钢的综合机械性能提高,并且具有较显著的经济效益。
In this paper, the effects of the cheap additive elements on strength-toughness properties of medium-manganese cast steel have been studied. The allowing scheme of ZGMnSA cast steel has been determined using multi-component allo. s including Cr, W-s!ag and RE, therebe improving its comprehensive mechanical properties of medium -manganese cast steel. The practice of production and application proved that, under different conditions of application, this kind of multi-component cast steel has better economic benefits in both produbtion and application.
