摘要
本文研究分析了临界温度热处理工艺参数对中锰铸钢组织转变特点及强韧性的影响,测定并探讨了临界温度热处理后中锰铸钢的晶体学特性和机械性能.同时进行了磨损试验对比研究.试验结果表明,临界温度处理能大大提高中锰铸钢的韧性和耐磨性.
In this paper, the effects of the technical parameters on the characters of the structure transformation and the toughness of the mediummanganese east steels under the intercritical heat treatment (IHT) are studied and analysed, the crystallology characters and the mechanical properties of the cast steels after IHT are also examined. Furthermore the comparative wearing experiments are done. The results show that the IHT can well improve the toughness and wear resistance of the medium-manganese cast steels,
