摘要
本文在试验研究的基础上,对中锰铸钢提出了分级等温亚温处理新工艺,测定了热物理参数,分析探讨了工艺参数对组织和性能的影响,并进行了磨损试验和生产应用研究。
In this paper,on the basis of tests,the new technology ofdouble stage intercritical isothermal heat treatment has been suggested.Thethermal physical parameters of the medium-Mn cast steel have been measuredand the effects of these parameters on the structures and properties has beenstudied.Mean while,the research of wear-resistance and productive applicationhas been done.
