摘要
通过使用稀土、钛、硅、钙对Mn8中锰钢的复合变质处理,使中锰钢晶粒得到细化碳化物球团化,显著提高材料的冲击韧性,得到了一种铸态下可直接应用于中等冲击工况的中锰钢衬板材料。现场使用寿命较高锰钢提高50%以上。
By taking the rare - earth elements titanium, silicon and calcium, the paper conducts the metamorphic process of medium manganese steel, to get the medium manganese steel grain to be fine pellet, and to increase toughness of material against impact. So, the paper provides a medium manganese steel for liners which can directly used to medium impact situation, As a result, its service life increases over 50%.
