响应面分析法优化鸡冠花色素提取工艺的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以鸡冠花为原料,采用响应面法优化鸡冠花色素提取的条件,以吸光度为衡量指标,选取浸提时间、乙醇溶液、pH值、液料比、温度作为参考因素,在单因素试验基础上运用响应面分析优化,进行色素的最佳提取工艺研究。试验结果表明:在室温,pH4.5,水为浸提溶剂,液料比49:1,提取时间3.5h的条件下,实际吸光度值为0.7326,预测值为0.7292,与实测值相符。该研究可以为天然色素的开发提供一种新的资源及方法。 This paper took Celosia cristata L. as raw material and through single factor experiments and response surface methodology(RSM), the optimization of pigment extraction technique from Celosia cristata L. was determined. The result showed that the optimal technics were room temperature, pH4.5 water, liquid/material ratio 49:1, time 3.50h, the predictable value was 0.7292, which was agree with the practical extraction absorbance of 0.7326. The results of the pa- per provided a new resource and method for the development of natural pigment.
