摘要
目的:研究肿痛巴布剂渗滤液体外透皮情况,为改进制剂处方及工艺、开发新型制剂提供实验依据。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池法进行体外透皮扩散实验,对皮肤种类、接收液种类进行定性筛选、并采用累积渗透曲线对肿痛巴布剂渗滤液体外透皮效果进行定量考察。结果:通过薄层色谱法定性分析,药物在选用雄性小鼠皮肤、30%乙醇接收液时透皮效果最佳。肿痛巴布剂渗滤液透皮速率(J)为40.63μg/cm2.h0.5,24h累积透过量为173.075mg/cm2。药物体外透皮符合Higuchi方程,规律可控。结论:该方法准确、稳定,适用于肿痛巴布剂的体外透皮试验研究。
Objective: To study the transdermal situation of swelling and pain cataplasm leachate to provide experimental basis for the preparation prescription,technology and new agent development.Methods: A modified Franz diffusion cell method was used to conduct a transdermal diffusion test and make the qualitative screening of skin types and receiving liquid types,and the cumulative infiltration curve was used to make the quantitative investigation on the transdermal effect of the swelling and pain cataplasm leachate.Results: By the TLC qualitative analysis,the drugs showed the best results in the skin of the selected male mice with 30% ethanol of receiving liquid.The transdermal rate of the swelling and pain cataplasm leachate(J) was 40.63 μg/cm2·h0.5 and 24-hour accumulated amount was 173.075 mg/cm2.The transdermal drug accords with Higuchi equation and the regular patterns were controllable.Conclusion: The method is accurate and stable,suitable for the transdermal test of the swelling and pain cataplasm leachate.
