摘要
建立了一种高效液相色谱测定圣女果中维生素C含量的方法。色谱中采用Hypersil-C18色谱柱,0.1%草酸作流动相,流速1.0mL/min,紫外检测器,检测波长254nm。维生素C在20—100mg/L内有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=31.59x-53.12,相关系数R2=0.99983,回收率为97.88%—101.52%,相对标准偏差等于0.15%。所用测定方法简便、快速,能准确测定圣女果中维生素C的含量。
A practical method was established by HPLC to detect the content of Vitamin C in cherry tomatoes. A Hypersil-C18 column was used and the mobile phase was 0.1% oxalic acid. The detector was UV and the wave length was 254 nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL/ min in the HPLC system. The standard working curve of Vitamin C had a good linear correlation in the range from 20 to 100 mg/L, the regression equation was y=31.59x-53.12, and coefficient correlation( R2) was 0.99983. The recoveries were 97.88%-101.52% and RSD was 0.15 %. The method was simple and fast, and could determine the content of Vitamin C in the cherry tomatoes accurately.
